摘要
在分析9KG-350型液压高密度压捆机压缩装置实际压缩情况的基础上,基于虚拟样机技术思想,借助三维建模软件UG建立了压缩装置的几何实体模型,然后将实体模型导入ADAMS中,在该软件平台上对压缩装置进行运动学仿真,直观清晰地演示装置的运动过程,进而获得装置的相关运动学特性曲线图,为研制与开发饲草压捆机及整机的优化设计提供了原始依据。
Compressor is the important mechanism of baler. This paper uses the virtual prototyping technology. It analyzes the Function of Compression device in 9KG-350 high density baler and the three-dimensional digital model of compression device is obtained based on UG package .Then the model is put into ADAMS, and a kinematical analysis is performed. Through the simulation, the whole kinematical process is reflected, gaining the relative kinematical curves of Compression device as well. The results can be help in directing the design of baler and the structure optimization.
