摘要
研究了运用Pro/Engineer运动仿真模块Pro/Mechanism对双曲肘合模机构进行运动仿真建模的技术与方法,包括机构模型创建、驱动控制等进行了机构运动仿真,结果从运动的角度保证了合模机构的可行性和可靠性,将设计机构应用到整机开发,满足了功能和性能的要求。
Research on the technologies and methods of kinematics simulation modehng for the double-toggle clamping mechanism by using the Pro/Mechanism module of Pro/Engineer software, including mechanism modeling, driving control, and so on. The kinematics simulation results are analyzed. The kinematics simulation guarantees the feasibility and the dependability of the double-toggle clamping mechanism from the athletic angle. The double-toggle clamping mechanism has been used to the injection molding machine with desired functions and performances.
