摘要 采用节能长寿命的大功率发光二极管(LED)作为光源,设计了一种新型的LED日光灯。该日光灯选用金属基板,结合大功率LED芯片,通过涂覆高效荧光粉实现发白光的LED,日光灯包括12颗大功率白光LED阵列,通过配合设计的反光杯达到所需的光线分布。试验结果表明:封装出的大功率LED光效为54lm/W,显色指数达到80以上,恒流350mA条件下点亮LED日光灯5000h进行老化测试,光通量维持率在87%以上,光效保持在43lm/W,达到了照明应用的要求。 A novel LED daylight lamp is designed by high power LED with long life. White LED is achieved using metal substrate, high power LED chip and effective phosphor, twelve white high power LEDs are arrayed in one daylight lamp, suitable ray distributing is obtained by optimized reflector. Results show that luminous efficiency of the high power LED is 54lm/W, rendering index is over 80, LED daylight lamps are aged at 350mA for 5000 hours, luminous flux keeps to 87%, luminous efficiency keeps to 43lm/W, which meets the requirements of lighting applications.
