现代制造业一方面成为人类创造财富的支柱产业,另一方面由于对自然资源的任意开发和对环境的无度利用造成了全球的生态破坏、资源浪费和环境污染等重大问题,这些已经对人类社会的生存与发展造成严重威胁。为加强环境保护,实现可持续发展,一些发达国家首先提出了绿色制造的思想,在创造财富的同时综合考虑环境影响和资源效率。即要求现代制造在生产时尽可能少投入、多产出,在消耗时多利用、少排放。

Modem manufacturing industry on the one hand become a pillar industry of wealth created by mankind, on the other due to any natural resources development and the environment caused by excessive use of the global eeological destruction, waste of resources environmental pollution and so on ,which have serious threats on survival and development o[ human society. To strengthen environmental protection and achieving sustainable development, some developed countries firstly proposed the idea of green manufacturing, so that in the creation of wealth overall consindering the environmental effeetion and resources etSeiency. Namely, requring modern manufacture few investments and more inputs when in production, more uses and few emissionses when in consumption.
