通督健脑补肾运脾推拿法对预防高危儿脑损伤后遗症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Chinese Massage in the Prevention from Sequela in High-Risk Infantile Brain Injury

目的观察通督健脑补肾运脾推拿法对高危儿脑损伤预防后遗症的作用。方法对2006～2008年在我院住院的中重度脑损伤综合征患儿43例,以我院常规的通督健脑补肾运脾推拿法为主,结合中药浴式水疗、音乐疗法、运动疗法、视听障碍干预治疗、早期教育进行治疗,治疗疗程为3个月,分别于治疗前、治疗3个月后、1年半后采用北京Gesell法进行发育商测试。结果43例患儿治疗3个月后恢复正常18例,1年半后恢复正常31例,发育迟缓12例,占28.0%,大大低于文献报道的80%～100%。结论对高危儿脑损伤进行通督健脾益肾疗法可有效预防高危儿脑损伤后遗症的发生率。

Objective To observe the function of Chinese Massage in the prevention from sequela of high-risk infantile injury by promoting the Governor Vessel,strengthening the brain,tonifying the kidney and benefiting the spleen functions. Methods 43 cases of mild and serious brain injury were collected for the admission in our hospital from 2006 to 2008. The conventional Chinese Massage was applied in the hospital for promoting the Governor Vessel,strengthening the brain,tonifying the kidney and benefiting the spleen functions. Additionally,the herbal medical bath,music therapy,physical therapy,audiovisual intervention and early education were assisted. The course of treatment was 3months. Beijing Gesell scale was tested before treatment and in 3 months and 1.5 years after treatment. Results 18 cases of 43 cases were recovered to be normal in 3 months after treatment,31 cases were recovered in 1.5 years and 12 cases had delayed development,accounting 28.0%,which was much lower than the researched data of 80~100%. Conclusion Chinese Massage can effectively prevent from the sequela of high-risk infantile injury by promoting the Governor Vessel,strengthening the brain,tonifying the kidney and benefiting the spleen functions.
