养心氏片联合美托洛尔片治疗室性期前收缩的临床疗效及安全性研究

Clinical Therapeutic Effect and Safety Study of Yangxishi Tablet Combined with Metoprolol Tablet in the Treatment of Ventricular Extrasystole

目的观察养心氏片联合美托洛尔片治疗室性期前收缩的临床疗效及安全性。方法将90例室性期前收缩患者随机分为三组,每组30例,养心氏片组口服养心氏片4片,每日3次;对照组口服美托洛尔片6.25～25mg,每日2次;联合用药组同时服用养心氏片和美托洛尔片,剂量同前,用药4周后观察心电图及24h动态心电图、临床症状及肝肾功能、血脂、血糖等指标的变化。结果联合用药组、养心氏片组和对照组临床症状改善率分别为93.3%、70.0%和73.3%;室性期前收缩控制总有效率分别为90.0%、70.0%和76.7%。联合用药组控制室性期前收缩的症状改善率及总有效率均优于养心氏片组和对照组(P<0.05),养心氏片组与对照组控制室性期前收缩的症状改善率和总有效率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论养心氏片联合美托洛尔片治疗室性期前收缩疗效优于两药单独使用,且安全有效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of yangxishi tablet combined with metoprolol tablet in the treatment of ventricular extrasystole. Methods 90 cases of ventricular extrasystole were randomized into three groups,30 cases in each one. In yangxishi tablet group,yangxishi tablet was administered,4 tablets,3 times a day. In control group,metroprolop tablet was administered,6.25 to 25mg,twice a day. In combined medication group,yangxishi tablet and metoprolol tablet were administrated,with the same doses as the above. 4 weeks later,it was to observe the changes in ECG,24 h Doppler ECG,clinical symptoms as well as the indexes of the liver and kidney functions,blood lipid,blood glucose,etc. Results The improving rates of clinical symptoms in the combined medication group,yangxishi tablet group and control group were 93.3%,70.0% and 73.3% successively. The total effective rates of ventricular extrasystole were 90.0%,70.0% and 76.7% separately. The improving rate of clinical symptoms and the total effective rate of ventricular extrasystole in combined medication group were all superior to those in yangxishi tablet group and control group（P0.05）. No statistical significant difference presented in the improving rate of clinical symptoms and the total effective rate in comparison between yangxishi tablet group and control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Yangxishi tablet combined with metoprolol tablet is superior to the single administration of either drug in the treatment of ventricular extrasystole,and this therapy is effective and safe.
