加味当归补血汤预防干扰素副反应的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Jiawei Danggui Buxue Decoction in Prevention from Side Reaction Induced by Interferon

目的观察加味当归补血汤对干扰素导致的骨髓抑制及不良反应的预防作用。方法干扰素治疗的慢性肝炎患者121例,随机分为加味当归补血汤治疗组61例,对照组60例。治疗组在应用干扰素治疗的同时口服加味当归补血汤,对照组仅使用干扰素。观察两组治疗后的白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(N)、血小板(PLT)及治疗后的不良反应情况,疗程为4周。结果与对照组相比,加味当归补血汤可有效降低干扰素骨髓抑制及不良症状的发生率(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论加味当归补血汤为预防干扰素副反应的有效方剂。

Objective To observe the prevention of jiawei danggui buxue decoction on myelosuppression and side reaction induced by interferon. Methods 121 cases of chronic hepatitis were treated with interferon,and were randomized into jiawei danggui buxue decoction group（61 cases）and the control group（60 cases）. In treatment group,while interferon treatment being administered,jiawei danggui buxue decoction was taken orally. In control group,only interferon was used. WBC,NEU,PLT and post-treatment side reaction were observed after treatment in two groups. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Results Compared with the control group,jiawei danggui buxue decoction reduced effectively the incidence of myelosuppression and the symptoms of side reaction induced by interferon（P0.01）,indicating significant difference in statistics. Conclusion Jiawei danggui buxue decoction is an effective formula for the prevention from the side reaction induced by interferon.
