SRS200X-刀系统靶点位置的精确度分析

摘要 目的通过分析人头模和实际患者靶点位置的精确度,确定影响SRS200X-刀系统靶点位置精确度的主要因素,给出精确度的一个数量级,供X-刀临床医师和物理师参考和借鉴。方法将五个钢珠放在人头模内,测量治疗全过程靶点位置总的精确度。结果CT定位精确度>1.02±0.50mm,人头模靶点位置总的精确度为1.40±0.50mm。结论CT定位、计划设计以及摆位治疗都对靶点位置精确度有影响,对于实际患者还有其他因素影响靶点位置的精确度,因此。 Objective Through analyzing the precision & accuracy of target positions in Simulator Head Phantom to determine,the main factors influence the precision & accuracy of target positions of SRS 200 X-knife. A account scale of the precision & accuracy is offered for physicians and physics for reference.Methods The overall precision & accuracy of the five steel balls in Simulator Head Phantom was measured throught the treatment procedure.Results The precision & accuracy of the CT localization is more than 1.02±0.5mm,the overall precision & accuracy of target positions in Simulator Head Phantom is 1.40±0.50mm.Conclusion CT localization,plan designing and positioning treatment all influence the precision & accuracy of the target positions,other factors also do for patients.There is a larger deviation of precision & accuracy in treatment than in Simulator Phantom.
