影响老年慢性疾病患者睡眠质量的相关因素调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of the related factors affecting sleep quality of elderly patients with chronic diseases

目的：了解影响老年慢性疾病患者睡眠质量的因素，为制定有效护理措施促进康复提供参考。方法：抽取住院患者200例，采用睡眠状况自评量表（SRSS）评定患者的睡眠状况。连续调查5d。该量表共有10个项目。每个项目分5等级评分（1—5）。评分越高说明睡眠问题越严重。SRSS的主要统计指标是总分和每个项目得分（因子分）。所有被调查者在统一的指示下填写问卷，所得数据输入电脑用SPSS软件处理。结果：各因子I〉3分者的人数为110人（55．84％）；有127例患者有1次以上睡眠被迫中断的经历，占总调查例数的64．6％；睡眠被迫中断的原因列为患者病情与住院环境因素两大类，其中环境因素又包括医务人员行为、病房内外环境因素、陪人行为以及其他患者行为所产生的影响，统计197例患者因以上原因而产生的睡眠被迫中断次数为301次。结论：及时改善病情一促进良好的睡眠一病情尽早痊愈这个良性循环过程，并加强管理，给患者创造一个良好的睡眠环境，使患者的需要及时得到满足，促进其健康的恢复。

Objective： To find out the related factors affecting sleep quality of elderly patients with chronic diseases in order to provide reference for developing effective nursing measures to promote rehabilitation of the patients. Methods ： SRSS was used to make an assessment of 200 selected inpatients for 5 days continuously. The scale included 10 items and each item had 5 levels. The higher the scores were, the more serious sleep problems the patients had. The total score and each item score （ factor points ） were regarded as the major statistical indicators of SRSS. All respondents completed the same unified questionnaire under the direction and the data was processed by SPSS software. Results ： The number of patients whose factor of each item ≥ 3 points was 110 （ 55.84% ） ; 127 patients had the experience of interrupted sleep for one and more times, accounting for 64.6% of the total investigated patients. The illness and environment of the hospital were the main influencing factors to cause the interrupted sleep and the environmental factors included the behavior of medical staff, internal and external environment of the ward and the behavior of companions. The frequencies of interrupted sleep were more than 301 times in 197 patients according to the statistics. Conclusion： The comprehensive measures to improve patient＇s condition and to create a good sleep environment will promote recovery of the patients.
