胰腺癌区域化疗最佳动脉途径选择的临床研究

Experimental study on arterial selection for the rgional chemotherapy of the pancreatic carcinoma

目的为胰腺癌区域化疗选择合理的动脉途径提供理论。方法经不同的动脉注入染色剂亚甲蓝。结果腹腔动脉组可见胃大弯近贲门处染色明显而胰腺及十二指肠未见明显染色，胃十二指肠动脉组可见胃大弯自幽门至胃网膜左、右动脉交界处，大网膜、十二指肠起始部及降部和胰头部明显染色。脾动脉组可见胰体尾部明显染色。结论胰头癌应以胃十二指肠动脉为首选途径。

Objective To determine which artery should be selected in the regional chemotherapy.Methods Dyestuff was infused via different artery by catheter in each group and definite region were dyde.Results In the coeliacus group,the region around the cardiaca was dyed.In the gastroduodenalis group,caput pancreas and part of duodenum would be dyed clearly if dyestuff was infused iva a gastro-epiploica dextra,and curvatura ventriculi major and the omentum would be dyed clearly at the same time if dyestuff was infused via a gastroduodenalis.In the lienalis group,corpus pancreas and canuda pancreas were dyed clearly.Condusins This experiment indicates that a gastroduodenalis should be selected for caput pancreas and canuda pancreas in regional chimotherapy.
