摘要
目的分析食管癌根治性放疗后影象学表现与远期生存的关系。方法按１９８０年郑州会议讨论的食管癌近期疗效四级分类法，分析总结了我院１９８９年１月至１９９２年１２月根治性放疗后的７６５例病人疗终影象学表现与１、３、５年生存率的关系。结果近期疗效达满意级其１、３、５年生存率分别为１００％、８９．５％、５５．３％，基本好转级为６８．１％、３２．９％、１５．６％，部分好转级为３８．３％、１３．０％、７．９％，无变化级为３５．９％、１０．１％、２．２％。结论近期疗效是影响食管癌长期生存的重要因素之一。
Objective To analyse relation between photography and the survival rate in esophageal carcinoma after radical radiotherapy.Methods According to four grade methods from Zhengzhou meeting in 1980, 765 cases photography after radical radiotherapy were analysed in our hospital from January 1989 to December 1992, to find relation between it and long-term survival rate. Result The 1,3 and 5-year survival rate was 100%,89.5%,55.3% in satisfying grade.68.1%, 32.9%, 15.6% in most improvement.38.3%, 13.0%, 7.9% in partly improvement. 35.9%, 10.1%,2.2% in no improvement, respectively.Conclusion Recent effect was one of the most important factors influencing long-term survival in esophageal carcinoma.
