目的评价CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检在肺周围性病变中的临床价值。方法在CT引导下对53例肺部周围性病变行经皮肺穿刺活检，分析诊断正确率、并发症发生率及其影响因素。结果本组53例均获取组织标本，穿刺成功率为100％。49例获取阳性病理结果，阳性率为92．45％。术后并发气胸4例（7．55％），少量痰血3例（5．66％）。结论CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检操作简便、安全、诊断准确性高，提高操作技术可以减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the clinical value of pereutaneous transthoracie biopsy of peripheral pulmonary lesions under CT-guided. Methods 53 paitents with peripheral pulmonary lesions were collected, which were performed by pereutaneous transthoracie biopsy under CT -guided. The diagnostic aeeuraey, the major complications and their influence factors were reviewed. Results The effective specimen was gotten in 53 cases（ the achievement ratio 100% ）. The final diagnose was made in 49 cases （ the diagnostic accuracy 92.45% ）. The major complications included 4 cases of pneumothorax （7.55%） and 3 cases of pulmonary hemorrhage（5.66% ）. Conclusion Pereutaneous transthoracic lung biopsy under CT - guided provided a feasible, safe and accurate method for peripheral pulmonary lesions. To improve operating techniques can reduce the incidence of complications.
