吉西他滨单药治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

Clinical study of Gemcitabine in elderly patients with advanced non - small cell lung cancer

目的观察吉西他滨治疗老年肺癌的疗效及毒性反应。方法60例老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者同期分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组30例采用吉西他滨1000mg／m^2，第1、8、15天静脉滴注，每28d为一周期，共2周期。对照组30例采用中药艾迪注射液每日40～60ml连续15d静脉滴注。结果治疗组30例非小细胞肺癌有效率为26．7％，对照组30例非小细胞肺癌有效率为6．7％，两组比校，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。KPS评分治疗组有效率为73．3％，对照组为36．7％，治疗组的KPS评分明显提高，有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。毒副反应治疗组血小板下降Ⅱ～Ⅲ度53．3％，白细胞下降Ⅱ～Ⅲ度33．3％，均无Ⅳ度发生；恶心呕吐，Ⅱ～Ⅲ度占23．3％，程度较轻，与对照组比较有明显差异（P〈0．05）。其他副反应轻微。结论吉西他滨单药治疗老年非小细胞肺癌疗效确切，毒副反应可以耐受，可作为常用治疗方案之一。

Objective To observe efficacy and toxicity of the Gemcitabine in treatment of advanced non - small cell lung cancer in the elderly. Methods 60 elderly patients with advanced non - small cell lung cancer over the same period were divided into treatment group and control group. Toxicity of the treatment group decreased platelet Ⅱ～Ⅲ degree 53.3%, WBC Ⅱ～Ⅲ fdegree 33.3%, no grade Ⅳ occurred; nausea and vomiting, Ⅱ～Ⅲ degree accounted for 23.3 %, to a lesser extent, compared with the control group significantly difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Other minor side effects. Conclusion Gemcitabine in treatment of elderly non - small cell lung cancer is effective and toxicity can be tolerated. It can be one of the commonly used treatment options for elderly patients with advanced non - small cell lung cancer.
