影响抗生素药敏试验的误差分析

摘要 K—B琼脂法是美国临床标准委员会(NCCLS)推荐的抗生素药敏试验方法,该试验可帮助临床医师选用疗效最佳的药物治疗感染性疾病,NCCLS推荐的K—B琼脂法虽然简单易掌握,但影响因素很多,导致结果变异性大。该方法是目前国内临床微生物学实验室广泛采用的药敏试验方法,其试验条件的标准化也早已受到学术界的重视。笔者结合实际工作,对五种易导致误差的影响因素进行了分析,确保药物敏感试验的准确性,同时也可强化室内外质量控制意识,提高工作责任心,严格按操作规程操作。 KB agar is the antibiotic susceptibility test method, recommended by National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS). The test can help clinicians choose the best treatment for the infectious diseases. KB agar is simple and easy to learn. However there are some influencing factors, which may lead to large variability in results. Currently, K - B disk diffusion method is widely used in the clinical microbiology laboratory. The standardization of the experimental condition has long been of great importance to the academic community. Combining my practical work, i analyzed six influencing factors, to ensure the accuracy of the drug sensitivity. At the same time we strengthen the awareness of quality control indoor and outdoor, to improve the sense of responsibility and to operate in strict procedures.
