我国高等职业教育个人效益的实证分析

Demonstrative Analysis on the IndividualBenefit of Chinese Higher vocational Education

高等职业教育具有较为明显的个人效益,个人的高等职业教育投入是能够给受教育者个人带来收益的。在个人成本方面,高等职业教育与普通高等教育相当。在效益方面,与普通高中毕业就业者相比,高等职业教育带来了较为明显的经济收益和非经济收益。特别是,受教育者普遍对高等职业教育有较高的主观评价。

Higher Vocational Education has more obvious individual benefit, the input of higher vocational education of individuals is able to bring personal benefits of educates. In the aspect of individual cost, higher vocational education is in balance with regular higher education. In the aspect of benefit, compared with people who employed after graduate from Common high school, higher vocational education has brought more obvious economic benefits and un-economic benefits. Especially, the educates generally have higher subjective evaluation to higher vocational education.
