四氯乙烯作业工人血清中某些生化指标的变化

Changes of several serum biochemical parameters in PCE exposed workers

摘要 对北京市某区三十家服装干洗店和两个电影厂PCE作业现场职业卫生学调查表明,车间空气中PCE浓度部分超过国家最高允许浓度(200mg/m3)。PCE接触组血糖、胆酸及血清高、低密度脂蛋白含量均极显著高于对照组(P<001),表明PCE对接触组脂代谢有影响。血清β2微球蛋白含量极显著低于对照组(P<001)。 The occupational health surveillance of PCE exposed workers in 30 dry laundries and 2 film operating plants in a certain district of Beijing showed that the PCE concentration in air of workplace partly exceeded the national maximum allowable concentration(200 mg/m 3) The contents blood glucose,cholic acid,LDL and HDL in serum of PCE exposed workers increased significantly in comparison with those of control group( P <0 01) It suggested that fat metabolism of PCE exposed workers was affected by PCE The contents of β 2 MG in serum of PCE exposed workers also decreased significantly in comparison with those of control group( P <0 01),probably due to the affection of the reabsorption function of convoluted renal tubules in PCE exposed workers
