我院急性上呼吸道感染患儿的用药分析

Analysis of Drugs for Treatment Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection in children in Our Hospital

目的对急性上呼吸道感染患儿的用药情况进行调查分析,促进临床合理用药。方法抽取我院2008年11月至2009年4月儿科住院病历,将诊断为急性上呼吸道感染的115份病历作为调研的资料。采用用药频度分析方法和药物利用指数进行调查分析。结果喜炎平、头孢呋辛、阿洛西林、头孢曲松、更昔洛韦、醒脑静的DUI>1,使用不合理。结论急性上呼吸道感染患者的呼吸系统用药符合治疗原则,药品选择及使用在合理范围之内,但抗菌药物存在无指征用药,抗菌药物、注射剂使用率偏高,应加以控制。

Objective The children with acute upper respiratory tract infection to investigate the analysis of drug use and promote rational drug use clinical.Methods The samples in our hospital in November 2008 ~ April 2009 pediatric medical records,will be diagnosed with acute upper respiratory tract infection were the medical records of 115 as research information.Used DDDs analysis And DUI to investigate the use of index analysis.Results Xiyanping,Cefuroxime,Azlocillin,Ceftriaxone,Ganciclovir,Xingnaojing the DUI1,the use of unreasonable.Conclusion Patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection of the respiratory medication in line with the principle of treatment,choice and use of drugs within reasonable limits,but there is no indication of antimicrobial drugs,antimicrobial drugs,the high utilization rate of injection should be controlled.
