探讨门诊药局药事服务管理质量的提高 被引量:2

摘要 目的提高服务质量,改善门诊药局药师人员及窗口服务态度。方法建立全新"银行式"药事服务管理模式,设立药品咨询窗口,完善门诊药局内部管理,健全药物不良反应监测和报告制度等。结果建立以患者为中心的药事服务管理模式。结论门诊药局作为医院药事工作的重要组成部分,既要提高药事服务水平,更要提高服务质量。
