老年糖尿病合并肺结核48例分析

Analysis of 48 cases old-age pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes

目的了解老年糖尿病合并肺结核的临床特点。方法对本院于2006～2009年诊断明确的糖尿病合并肺结核48例进行分析。结果正规应用胰岛素治疗血糖控制良好者结核病灶吸收好转,痰抗酸杆菌阳性者转阴,空洞缩小或闭合3/4以上。结论利用胰岛素正规治疗,减少其他降糖药物的使用,合理膳食,早期、联合、足量、规律使用抗结核药物,可提高两病的疗效,保护肝肾功能,避免药物性肝肾损害。

Objective To understand the clinical characteristics of the pulmonary tuberculosis and dia-betes.Methods Analysing 48 cases pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes patients from 2006 to 2009 in the hospital.Results Regular treatment with insulin,the blood sugar will be controlled well and pulmonary tuberculosis will also commendably get better.Conclusion Regular treatment with insulin,the decline with controlling sugar drug,reasonable meal,earlier period,consociation,enough regulation usage with the anti-tuberculosis drug,can raise the effect of two disease,protect the liver kidney function,avoid the drug to damage liver kidney.
