摘要 宏基因组学可以在非实验室纯培养的条件下直接获取环境微生物DNA,并对其基因组进行分析,将其克隆到合适的载体上,筛选所需要功能基因。就微生物宏基因组学及其在瘤胃微生物研究中的应用作一综述。 Environmental Microbial DNA was acquired directly by etagenomics under the conditions of pure culture and non-laboratory,and its genome was analyzed,cloning into a suitable vector,screening the required functional genes.the metagenomics and its application in rumen microorganisms research were reviewed.
