摘要
[目的]从不同生境分离筛选产絮凝剂微生物,并研究其絮凝特性及对废水的絮凝效果。[方法]采用高岭土悬浊液法测定絮凝率,选择絮凝率高的菌株,研究产絮凝特性及对不同废水的絮凝效果。[结果]分离得到60株菌株,其中1株SS-3产絮凝剂活性高,经鉴定为棉生枝孢,为国内首次报到棉生枝孢产絮凝剂。实际废水絮凝试验显示,该菌对废水中悬浮物去除能力强,对色度类废水脱色能力也达50%。[结论]SS-3对浊度废水比对色度废水的去除率要好。
[Object] Screening the microbial flocculant from the different habitats and studying its flocculent properties and effects on the wastewater flocculation.[Method] The flocculent rates were measured by the aqueous suspension of kaolin method,and the highest-flocculent-rate strain was chose to study flocculent character and flocculent effects in different wastewaters.[Result] Sixty strains were separated and a high flocculent activity SS-3 strain identified as Cladosporium gossypicola which was firstly reported in China.The result of wastewater flocculent test showed that the strain had a high flocculent effect on aqueous suspension of wastewater and the decolorization ability of color class wastewater reached 50%.[Conclusion] The strain SS-3 had a higher flocculent effect on aqueous spension of wastewater than that of chroma wastewater.
