多效唑对夏栽青蒜生长及产量的影响

Effects of Paclobutrazol on Growth and Yield of Green Garlic Cultured in Summer

[目的]研究喷施多效唑对青蒜苗产量及农艺性状的影响。[方法]以云南曲靖白蒜为试材,多效唑15%增效超微可湿性粉剂为供试药剂,设0.16%、0.24%和0.32%3个处理浓度,研究不同浓度多效唑对夏季栽培青蒜不同生长时期的株高、假茎粗、茎盘粗、单株重、根重和青蒜产量等的影响。[结果]青蒜5叶期,各处理与对照相比,叶色深绿、株高变矮。在试验浓度范围内,随多效唑浓度升高,各处理假茎粗、茎盘粗、根重和单株干重都有所增加,但差异不显著,仅处理3(0.32%多效唑)的单株鲜重与对照达显著性差异;青蒜7叶期,各处理农艺性状与5叶期表现一致,仅处理3的单株鲜重、经济产量与对照达显著性差异。[结论]施用0.32%多效唑对云南曲靖青蒜的生长及产量具有较好效果。

[Objective] The aim was to research the effect of spraying paclobutrazol on the yield and agronomic character of green garlic.[Method] With the Qujing white garic in Yunnan Province as the tested material and the paclobutrazol 15% synergism ultrafine wettable powder as the tested medicine,the 3 treatment concn.of 0.16%,0.24% and 0.32% were set up to research the effects of the.paclobutrazol with different concn.on the agronomic characters such as the plant height,pseudo-stem diameter,stem disc diameter,weight per plant,root weight and garlic seedling yield of green garlic cultured in summer in different growth stages.[Result] Comparing with the CK,the leaf color of garlic seedlings in each treatment was greener and the plant-height changed short during the five-leaf stage of green garlic.Pseudo-stem diameter,stem disc diameter,root weight,plant dry weight of garlic seedlings were increased with the rising of paclobutrazol concn.in the test concn.range,but the difference was not significant.,only the plant weight in treatment 3（0.32% paclobutrazol）reached obvious difference when comparing with CK.Agronomic characters in each treatment in seven-leaf stage of green garlic were consistent with that in the five-leaf stage,only the plan weight and economic yield in treatment 3 reached obviously difference when comparing with CK.[Conclusion] Spraying 0.32% paclobutrazol had better effect on the growth and yield of Qujing green garlic in Yunnan Province.
