摘要 [目的]建立测定卷烟烟气中痕量重金属元素的原子吸收光谱法。[方法]卷烟烟气样品经剑桥滤片捕集,并以浓度5%硝酸为吸收液吸收,吸收液中各重金属元素直接用原子吸收光谱法测定。[结果]在最优工作条件下,该方法的检出限为0.012-0.500μg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于3.5%,回收率为88%-102%。[结论]利用该方法分别测定了4个实际卷烟样品,结果令人满意。 [Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of lead,arsenic,cadmium,chromium,mercury in the cigarette smoke by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS).[Method] The cigarette smoke was collected with a Cambridge filter.The heavy metal ions in mainstream cigarette smoke were absorbed with 5% nitric acid,and the heavy metal elements in the absorptions were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.[Result] Under the optimum determination conditions,the detection limits were in the range of 0.012-0.500 μg/L,the relative standard deviations of these trace elements were below 3.5%,and the standard recoveries of these elements were in the range of 88%-102%.[Conclusion] For practical application,four cigarette samples were analyzed with the established method.The result was satisfied.
