中华微蛾(Sinopticula sinica Yang)触角感器的扫描电镜观察 被引量:7

摘要 [目的]系统观察中华微蛾的触角感器。[方法]从河北省昌黎县碣石山上采集若干只未羽化成虫的虫瘿,采用扫描电镜对培养羽化后的中华微蛾成虫的触角形态和感器进行观察。[结果]中华微蛾触角38节,与体等长,丝状,密披刚毛。触角感器共有8种,分别为毛形感器、刺形感器、锥形感器、锥形乳头状感器、芽形感器、指形感器、鳞形感器和镰刀形感器。其中,毛形感器具有3种类型;刺形感器、锥形感器和指形感器有2种类型;锥形乳头状感器、芽形感器、鳞形感器和镰刀形感器各具1种感器类型。雌、雄个体之间触角感器的类型、分布基本相同,仅在数量上有些差异。不同感器在触角各节上的数量、长度和分布各有不同。[结论]该研究为探索控制中华微蛾的新途径提供科学依据。 [Objective] The study aimed to systematically observe the antenna sensillum of Sinopticula sinica Yang.[Method] The some insect galls of non-eclosion adults were selected from the Jieshi Mountain in Changli County of Hebei Province and the antenna shape and sensillum of S.sinica were observed by using scanning electron microscope when they were in eclosion after culture.[Result] The antenna of S.sinica has 38 nodes,it is equal to the length of body and it is filamentous,covered with bristle.The antenna sensillum has 8 kinds,resp.being sensillum trichodeum,sensilla chaetica,sensilla basiconica,basiconic mastoid sensillum,sensilla gemmiformium,finger sensilla,sensillum squamiformia and sensillum falcatas.In which,the sensillun trichodeum has 3 types,the sensilla chaetica,sensilla basiconica and finger sensilla has 2 types and the basiconic mastoid sensillum,sensilla gemmiformium,sensillum squamiformia and sensillum falcatas has only one type.Between the female and male individual adult,the type and distribution of antenna sensillum are same basically,but there is some difference on the quantity of the antenna sensillum.The quantity,length and the distribution are respectively different in different antenna sensillum.[Conclusion] This study provided the scientific basis for exploring the new way of controlling S.sinica.
