凝胶渗透色谱净化-气相色谱/质谱联用法测定草莓中残留的克百威 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]为农药残留检测提供技术支持。[方法]采用凝胶色谱净化技术对草莓提取液样品进行净化,再用气相色谱/质谱联用法对样品液中的克百威残留进行了定性和定量测定。[结果]在0.01-5.00 mg/L范围内峰面积与样品液浓度呈线性相关,回归方程为Y=236 175X-8 388.4,相关系数为0.999 7。按照样品处理过程测定的该方法的加标回收率为87.6%-92.4%,相对标准偏差为3.4%-5.1%。在空白草莓样品中添加克百威标样含量为0.01 mg/kg时,测量得信噪比大于3,故该方法的检出限为0.01 mg/kg。[结论]通过该试验建立的草莓中克百威残留的分析方法适用于一般实验室的检验。 [Objective] The purpose of the research was to supply technical support for determining pesticide residues.[Method] The samples of strawberry extract were purified by GPC purification technology and then the carbofuran residues in sample solutions were determined qualitatively and quantitatively by GC/MS.[Result] In the concn.range of 0.01-5.00 mg/L,the peak area showed linear correlation with the concn.of sample solutions,their regression equation and correlation coefficient were Y=236 175X-8 388.4 and 0.999 7 resp.In the determination according to sample treatment process,the recovery of standard addition of this method was 87.6%-92.4% and its RSD was 3.4%-5.1%.When the addition amount of standard carbofuran in blank strawberry sample was 0.01 mg/kg,the determined signal-to-noise ratio was above 3,so the determination limit of this method was 0.01 mg/kg.[Conclusion]The analysis method established in this experiment for carbofuran residue in strawberry was suitable for general laboratory test.
