摘要
[目的]开发一种板蓝根保健饮料。[方法]以板蓝根、乳糖为主要原料,采用正交试验法优选辅料配比,优选制备板蓝根泡腾片固体饮料的生产工艺。[结果]板蓝根泡腾片固体饮料的最佳配方为:板蓝根提取药粉25%,维生素C 4%,乳糖20%,柠檬酸28%,碳酸氢钠12%,交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3%,聚乙二醇6000 2%。[结论]该制备工艺简单可行,质量稳定,符合药典标准。
[Objective]The aim of the research was to develop a kind of healthy beverage from radix isatidis.[Method]With radix isatidis and lactose powder as main raw materials,the matching accessories were chose by the orthogonal test,the production technology of the solid beverage of effervescent tablet from radix isatidis was chose and prepared.[Result]The optimized formula of the solid beverage of radix isatidis effervescent tablet was: radix isatidis extract powder 25%,vitamin C 4%,lactose 20%,citric acid 28%,NaHCO3 12%,PVPP 6%,PVP 3%,PEG6000 2%.[Conclusion]The quality of radix isatidis effervescent tablets prepared by this method is simple and feasible,stable quality,and meet pharmacopoeia standards.
