Discussion on the Construction Planning of Suburban New Countryside

社会主义新农村建设因农村自身客观条件不同而应采取不同的方式方法。该研究从规划编制的角度,以北京市大兴区榆垡镇刘各庄村规划为个案,探讨城郊型农村建设规划的特点和工作内容,并就规划的实施与管理提出几点建议。

Due to its own objective conditions in rural areas,the construction of new socialist countryside should be taken in different ways.So this paper prepared from the point of planning,take the planning of Liugezhuang Village which is in Yufa town Daxing District of Beijing for example to explore the characteristics of suburban countryside construction planning and work content,and give some suggestions on the implementation and management of planning.
