微波辐射制备TiO_2薄膜及其光催化活性

摘要 采用微波辐射法由溶胶制备出TiO2薄膜,考察了加热方式、微波功率、辐射时间等因素对甲基橙降解的影响。结果表明,与传统加热法相比较,微波干燥制备的TiO2薄膜对甲基橙有更高的光催化活性;微波辐射加热时间为4min,微波功率为中低火时,制得的光催化剂催化活性较高;且TiO2薄膜性能稳定可重复利用。 TiO2 thin films were prepared form a TiO2 sol by microwave heating. The Results showed that TiO2 thin films prepared by microwave heating presented higher photocatalytic activity than that obtained by conventional heating. The optimal heating time of microwave radiation and microwave power were 4 mins and medium-low fire. Also TiO2 thin films could be reusing.
