摘要
价值工程理论源于制造业,目前在很多行业得到了广泛的应用,但是在国内招标中应用较少。本文以某电力建设项目空冷岛招标为例,对应用价值工程理论招标进行了介绍,希望价值工程理论能够在招标中得到更多的应用。
Originated from manufacturing industry, the theory of the value engineering was extensively applied in many fields. Nonetheless, it is not always used in the bidding of China. This article took one of the electric power projeets--ACC as the example and presented the method to how to carry out this theory to bidding. Moreover, by this article, the more application of the theory is expected in the bidding.
