摘要
以卡特尔16种人格因素分析问卷对30例咨询大学生和30例正常大学生的人格特征和复合人格特征进行了比较研究。结果显示:2组在聪慧性、稳定性、怀疑性、忧虑性、自律性、紧张性6种人格因素上差异有显著性;在适应与焦虑、内外向性、心理健康、专业成就、感情用事和安详机警5种复合人格特征上差异有显著性。咨询大学生存在的人格方面的不足是导致其在相同环境压力下生活质量偏低、学业成就不良的主要原因。因此,广泛开展精神卫生教育,提倡完善人格、合理应对是目前提高大学生心理健康水平的有效措施。
The personality and complex personality between consultative students and normal students were studied. The results showed that there are siginificant differences in 6 personality factors: intelligent, stability, suspicion, anxious, selfcontrol and nervous. There are siginificant difference in 5 complex personality factors: adaptability, introversion and extroversion, mental health, achievements and susceptibility. All those indicated that the shortages of personality may be the reasons of depression, stress and low life quality of consultative students.
