摘要
使用低磁场质子核磁共振波谱仪,采用双重抑制法、冷冻干燥法及预饱和法抑制血液样品质子NMR谱中的水峰,分别测量和比较甲基、次甲基的平均线宽及其两者的平均线宽。通过NMR检测236份临床血标本发现,恶性肿瘤患者血的甲基和次甲基峰明显窄于正常人和良性肿瘤患者,其平均线宽差异有高度显著性(P<0.001),检测准确率均达85%以上。
Using low resolving NMR spectrosmeter,the proton water signal in blood samples was suppressed with double suppression method,freeze dry method and presaturation method.The results were synthetically compared and statistically analysed for the mean line widths between the methyl and methylene and the line width of the methyl or the methylene respectively.Discovering by NMR detection for 236 blood samples,the mean line width of the methyl and methylene are narrower distinctly for malignant than that of benign tumors or normal controls,(P<0.001).The accuracy of the detection was over 85%.It is concluded that malignant tumors on average exhibit increased VLDL and decreased HDL concentrations,the combination of which would produce narrower linewidths.Therefore,the method may be applied to detect malignant tumor and to monitor therapy process of cancer patients.
