摘要
利用渗透泵原理,以牙胶尖为载体研制了贮库型甲哨唑根管消毒控释系统(CRDSM)。体外释药试验表明,24h能释出该装置全部药量2.013ng的68.24%;离体牙根周释药试验表明,CRDSM持续释放有效药物浓度在10d以上,体内抑菌试验表明,抑菌作用稳定、持久。
In the light of osmotic pump theory, using gutta percha as carrier, the controlled release delivery system containing metronidazole(CRDSM) for root canal disinfection was developed. The experiments in vitro showed that this system contained metronidazole 2.013 ng and released 68.24% of the total in 24h; the experiments done on healthy single root canal teeth showed that the effective metronidazole concentration in vivo released from CRDSM lasted more than 10 days. Its antibacterial effect in vivo,contrasted to the formocresol group, was more constant and lasted more time. CRDSM can carry the drug and controll the release rate.
