摘要
目的:老龄化问题越来越受到社会的关注,中老年健身运动成了时尚,而作为健身运动项目的太极拳成为中老年的首选,为了有效地指导中老年的健身活动,本文以中老年人为研究对象,探讨太极拳在中老年健身中作用与存在的问题。方法:运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等。结果:太极拳运动符合中老年人的生理、心理特点,具有改善神经系统、心肺功能、肌肉和骨骼等作用。结论:合理安排太极拳的运动时间、运动强度、运动量和运动方法有益于中老年人的身体健康。
Purpose: Aging problems are gaining more attention in today's society. Quinquagenarian body building becomes the fad and Taijiquan has become their top choice. In order to provide effective guidance for them, quinquagenarians are chosen as research subjects to discuss the role and problems of Taijiquan in their body building. Methods: Documentation and logic analysis are mainly used. Results: Taijiquan is suitable for quinquagenarians in physiology and psychology which play the roles in improving nerve system, heart and lung functions, muscles'and bones. Conclusion: Rational arrangement of duration, intensity, load and methods of Taijiquan practice will benefit the health of quinquagenarians.
