桥面柔性防水层受力性能有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 近年来我国公路桥梁建设快速发展,桥梁结构不断创新,但在进行桥梁结构设计时,桥面防水层只作为桥梁工程的附属结构,一般不作专门的计算分析.随着交通量和重型车辆的增加,桥面病害普遍.本文以20 m的简支板桥和3跨20米的连续板桥为例,建立三维有限元模型,对不同荷位下的防水层的力学响应进行分析,并对铺装层、防水层的应力和变形进行对比,为防水层的设计施工提供了理论依据. In recent years,rapid development has taken place in highway and bridge construction in China.Under these circumstances,innovations have been made constantly on bridge structure.However,in bridge designing,the waterproof layer is generally regarded as a subsidiary part of bridge which does not need to be paid special attention to and does not need to be calculated specifically.With the increase of traffic volume,especially the heavy-duty vehicle transportation,more and more damages have been occruuing to the bridge deck pavement.With 20 m simply supported beam and 3×20 m continuous beam taken as example,3D finite element models have been established to make an analysis on the mechanical response of waterproof layers under different load cases.Stress and deformation of pavement and waterproof layer are put into contrast.Thus,a theoretical basis for designing and constructing bridge's waterproof layers is afforded.
