普通混凝土耐腐蚀性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 由某污水处理厂提供原始介质水,采用蒸馏方法将其浓缩,通过长期浸泡,对中等强度等级的普通混凝土的耐腐蚀性能进行了试验,并与其在一定浓度的盐溶液和HCl溶液中的耐腐蚀性做了比较.另外,从普通混凝土的组成入手,通过合理调节各组分,加入UEA膨胀剂、硅粉,以及采用JS-Ⅱ型复合防水防腐涂料几项措施,使普通混凝土的耐腐蚀性能得到不同程度改善.试验结果表明,原始介质水对混凝土试件基本上没有构成破坏,2%HCl溶液对混凝土造成的腐蚀程度最严重;以硅粉取代部分普通硅酸盐水泥,对混凝土性能改善效果最好. The experiment is conducted on the corrosion resistance of the concrete of moderate strength which is immersed in the original medium water concentrated after distillation,provided by a sewage treatment plant.The result is then compared with that from the findings in the salt solution and HCl solution of certain concentration.By adopting measures such as reasonably adjusting the composition of the concrete,adding UEA,silica powder and JS-Ⅱ waterproof and corrosion-resistant coating,the corrosion resistance of ordinary concrete can be improved to different degrees.The experiment results show that the concreted is scarcely damaged in the originally medium water,but most seriously corroded in the 2 % of HCI solution.By substituting silica powder for ordinary portland cement,the performance of the concrete can be best improved.
