Explaining the concepts of Web data mining and personalized recommendation technology, the paper focuses on designing a Web Mining-based personalized recommendation system, and brings an implementation process of personalized recommendation core modules. According to Web mining process, the system, combined with incremental division that based on clustering, realizes mining association rules algorithm.
