摘要 对表面传导电子发射显示器件的原理、结构及其发展历程进行了分析,重点针对表面传导电子发射性能的改进,从导电薄膜结构方面进行了讨论,并对有可能降低表面传导电子发射显示器件成本的方法进行了简单的分析。 The structure and development of the surface-conduction electron-emitter display (SED) are analyzed. The performance improvement of surface-conduction electron-emission is mainly discussed from the aspect of conductive film structure, and the possible methods for cutting down the cost of SED fabrica- tion is also simply analyzed.
