摘要
研制了基于高速采集卡的行波管电源在线智能监控系统。系统中实现了行波管各路高压电源的信号取样,隔离,转换处理;实现了多路信号的实时波形显示和数值显示;通过中断处理,实现了突发故障时的自动报警和自动分步关机;通过数据库实现了数据的及时存储。该监控系统为行波管可靠性评估等后续处理工作提供了较为丰富的数据资源。
An online intelligent monitoring system on traveling wave tube power based on high-speed acquisition card is designed. The system has realized not only signal sampling, isolation and transformation of high voltage traveling wave tube powers from various channels, but also wave display and value display of signals from various channels. Automatic warning and step turning off at the time of sudden troubles are accomplished through interrupt processing; data storage is accomplished through database. This monitoring system provides abundant data resource for many following tasks such as reliability assessment of traveling wave tube.
