摘要
以晚熟基因型苗翘、特晚熟基因型立冬本和中晚熟基因型青壳宝圆龙眼为试材,测定了果实发育过程中果皮、果肉和种子的多糖含量。结果表明:不同基因型龙眼的种子多糖积累高峰期不同,1个积累高峰的有立冬本(9月20日),2个积累高峰的有苗翘(8月16日、9月20日)和青壳宝圆(8月23日、9月20日)。龙眼果实各部分的多糖积累速率不同,分配也不同,3个龙眼基因型均为分配给龙眼种子最多,其次是果肉,分配最少的是果皮;在成熟后期,龙眼多糖均出现负积累。本研究为龙眼多糖的调控和开发利用奠定了基础。
The late-maturing genotype‘Biew Kiew’,special late-maturing genotype 'Lidongben' and medium late-maturing genotype 'Qingkebaoyuan' longan were used to determination the polysaccharide content of the pericarp,the aril and the seed in the fruit development process.The polysaccharide content of the pericarp,the aril and the seed had no steady peak periods in three longan genotypes.The results showed that:the polysaccharide content of 'Lidongben' seeds had one peaks(September 20),‘Biew Kiew’ seeds had two peaks(August 16,September 20),‘Qingkebaoyuan’ seeds had two peaks(August 23,September 20).The rate of polysaccharide accumulation in various parts of longan are different,and distribution are also different.The polysaccharide was mainly distributed to the seed,followed by aril and pericarp is at least.Longan have a negative accumulation of polysaccharide in the late mature.This study laid the foundation for the development and utilization of longan polysaccharide.
