摘要
我国高校在培养大学生创新能力方面与美国高校存在着较大的差距。文章分析了美国高校培养大学生创新能力的成功经验,从批判继承传统文化,树立"以学生为中心"的教育理念;构建多元化的课程体系,建设核心课程;加强高校教师队伍建设,培养教师创新意识;构建高校创新实践平台;将实践性教学纳入教学计划等方面,提出学生创新能力培养的具体措施。
There is a great difference in the cultivation of students＇ innovation ability between colleges in our country and the US. The paper makes an analysis of the success experience in the cultivation of students＇ innovation ability and put forward the concrete measures from the aspects of criticizing and inheriting the traditional culture,setting up Studentcentered educational idea; constructing the divesary curriculum system to build the focus core curriculum; strengthening college staff construction to cultivate teachers＇innovation consciousness; constructing college innovation practice platform; bringing the practical teaching into＇ the teaching plan.
