摘要
本文对电路印制板的测试技术进行了分类，介绍了在线测试和在线测试仪。以自动测试设备S20ATE为例，阐述了在线测试技术的基本原理，同时介绍了S20ATE的系统结构和编程使用办法。
This paper classifies the testing technologies of PCB, introduces the on-line testing and on-line tester. Taking the automatic equipment S20ATE as example, describes the basic prin- ciple of on-line testing technology, and introduces the system architecture of S20ATE and the use of its programming.
