血清β-hCG诊断异位妊娠的临床意义

Further understanding on serum β-human chorionic gonadotropin for diagnosing ectopic pregnancy

目的通过对53例怀疑为异位妊娠患者的血清β－hCG放免分析，评价β－hCG对异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法用卫生部上海生物制品研究所提供的“人绒毛膜促性腺激素－B亚基（β－hCG）放免测定药盒（双抗体法）”测定患者血清β－hCG值。以本院正常值（n=130）β-hCG（0．lnmol／L）为诊断标准。结果38例异位妊娠中35例阳性，15例非异位妊娠12例明性。用β－hCG诊断异位妊娠的灵敏度、特异性和准确性分别是92．1％、80．0％和88．7％。结论怀疑异位妊娠时测定血清β－hCG有重要价值。

objective To evaluate the value of the serum β - human chorionic gonadotropin(β - hCG)for diagnoring the ectopic pregnancy (EP). Methods The β - hCG radioimmunoassay kits weresupplied by shanghai Institute of Biological Products. The serum β - hCG levels of 53 suspicions of EPwere tested form Jan. 1990 to Jan. 1994. The diagnotic standard(n= 130) of our hospital is used, βhCG< 0. 1 nmol/L is normal; 9 - hCG>0. 1nmol/L is positive. Results Of 38 patients with the EP,35 were opsitive other 3 were negative. Of 15 patients with non - EP, 3 were opitive; 12 were normal.Using serum β - hCG for diagnosing EP, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 92. 1 %, 80. 0%and 88. 70% respectivety. Conclusions Testing the serum β- hCG has importap diagnostic value forthe suspicion of EP clinically.
