公共图书馆改革创新研究——以楚雄彝族自治州图书馆为例

The Public Library Reforms and Creative Researches——Based on the Example of Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture Library

本文以楚雄州图书馆为研究对象,对当前公共图书馆改革发展的现状以及存在的问题进行了深刻剖析,结合当前和今后一个时期我国事业单位改革发展的方向和趋势,提出了深化公共图书馆改革的思路和对策,对公共图书馆的改革实践具有一定的指导意义。

Based on the case study of library of Chuxiong Yi nationality autonomous prefecture, the authors analyze the current situation of the reform and development of public library and the existing problems in this paper. Combining the development direction and trend of Chinese public institution reform in current and next period, the authors put forward the thoughts and countermeasures of deepening the reform of the public library, which has certain directive significance to reform practice.
