新时期新阶段,党中央提出的构建社会主义和谐社会的理论和科学发展观理论,是我党按照马克思主义的基本原理,结合我国当前的国情,在总结前期社会主义改革和建设经验的基础上,解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进的理论结晶,是对马克思主义、列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想中的和谐社会思想的丰富与发展。

In new era, the CPC Central Committee put forward the theory of building a socialist harmonious society and scientific development theory, which is conclusion in accordance with the basic principles of Marxism, combined with China＇s current situation on the basis of summarizing the pre-socialist reform and construction experience emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts. It is developed idea of crystallization of Marxist-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and ＂Three Represents＂ important thought.
