摘要 食品安全直接关系到消费者切身利益甚至生命安全,但是,食品质量信息不对称特征导致消费者处于不利地位。为此,我国实行了绿色食品认证制度,来解决食品质量信息不对称问题,最终保护消费者利益。作为一项重要政策的实施,阐述了食品认证对经济福利的影响、福利改善的条件等。在福利分析框架下,重点研究绿色食品认证对社会总福利水平、消费者及生产者福利的影响,考察了绿色食品认证前后经济福利的变动,并给出了消费者、生产者福利改善的条件。 Food safety is directly related to the vital interests and even lives of consumers, but the characteristics of information asymmetry cause consumers at a disadvantage. To this end, China im plemented a Green Food Certification system to solve the asymmetric information problem of food quality and ultimately protect the interests of consumers. As an important implementation of the policy, this article is more concerned about the impact of food certification on the economy welfare and the conditions of welfare improvement. In the welfare analysis framework, this paper focuses on the effect of green food certification on the level of total social welfare and the effect of consumer and producer welfare, investigates the changes in economic well-being before and after implementing it, and gives the improvement conditions of consumers, producers welfare.
