Research on Opening up Access to Information Services in China Academic Libraries

开放存取是一种高效的、全新的文献服务模式,可以实现文献资源自由传播与共享、公平查询与获取,从而极大地提升学术资源利用的最大化。本文在分析开放存取模式为高校图书馆带来的机遇和挑战的基础上,着重阐述了开放存取模式下高校图书馆的发展对策。

Open Access is a highly effective,new documentation services model that allows the free flow and sharing of literature resources,fair query and access,thereby greatly enhancing the level of academic resource utilization.Based on analyzing the open access model for academic libraries to bring opportunities and challenges,this paper expounds the countermeasures for development of academic library under the open access model.
