超低出生体重儿间断鼻胃管喂养和鼻十二指肠喂养的对照研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的比较早期间断鼻胃管喂养和鼻十二指肠喂养对超低出生体重儿的生长发育、肠道转运时间及喂养相关并发症发生情况的影响。方法将40例超低出生体重儿随机分为鼻胃管喂养组(INGF)和鼻十二指肠喂养组(INDF)。记录两组的体重最大下降时间、恢复出生体重时间、肠道营养达100 kcal/(k.d)的时间、肠道转运时间及喂养相关并发症。结果INDF组比INGF组恢复出生体重时间、肠道营养达100 kcal/(kg.d)的时间、肠道转运时间缩短(P<0.05),吸入性肺炎、呕吐、高胆红素血症发生显著减少(P<0.05)。结论超低出生体重儿生后鼻十二指肠喂养优于鼻胃管喂养。
