建设管理体制、机制是工程项目成功与否的制度保证。三峡水利枢纽工程建设正值我国经济体制改革不断深化的重要历史时期,在很多方面都是改革的先行者和探索者,其建设管理模式对于国内基本建设管理体制有着重要的影响。结合工程建设管理实践,介绍了三峡工程建设管理体制、机制的特点,及对现阶段水电开发体制和建设管理模式的若干启示。

The management system and mechanism is institutional guarantee for the success of a project construction.The construction duration of Three Gorges Project（CTGP） is just gone through an important historical period of the deepening of China＇s economic structural reform,and it is a pioneer and explorer in many respects.Its construction management system and mode has an important impact on the domestic capital construction management system.With project construction management practices,the characteristics of construction management system and mechanism of CTGP are summed up and the inspirations on current hydropower development and management system and mode are presented.
