与前两期工程相比,长江三峡水利枢纽三期工程机组安装强度高,工期较紧张,右岸电站厂房比左岸电站厂房工期少一年,工程建设与枢纽运行同步进行。从水电工程建设管理的角度,阐述了三峡三期工程建设的管理模式、管理措施及其取得的良好效果,可供同业人员参考。

Comparing to the first and the second phase construction of Three Gorges Project,the third phase construction has some special characteristics such as higher unit installation intensity,shorter right powerhouse construction duration of one year less than the left powerhouse,and simultaneous construction and operation of project.The construction management model and measures for the third phase construction are introduced herein,and a good result is achieved.
