The large-scaled Three Gorges ship lift use pinion-toothed rack to climb and the operating conditions are complex.After the analysis to key technologies of tower deformation,the accuracy of civil structures and the embedded parts of chamber rooms,the equipment manufacture of rack and chamber rooms,some countermeasures are proposed and ensured the safe and reliable operation of ship lift.
